The interiors of Mithila Village homes were designed with a focus on adaptability, daylight, and livability. Though compact at 120 sq.m. per unit, the interlocking configuration creates split-level moments, vertical openness, and shared ventilation pockets between paired homes. These gestures allow natural airflow and light to pass through, while also offering visual connection and subtle boundaries.
Materials are modest yet warm, polished concrete, matte-painted walls, and wood textures evoke simplicity and modern Thai domestic sensibility. Shared spaces such as the living and dining areas are located on the lower level and open directly onto small rear gardens, while bedrooms are nested privately above. A standout feature is the rooftop garden platform, where planting beds integrate greenery directly into the home, providing insulation, aesthetic value, and ecological function.
More than just a row of houses, Mithila Village is a study in rethinking suburban living, bringing green building practice, shared infrastructure, and architectural empathy into one accessible neighborhood concept.
