Toey & Yok’s House is a compact, energy-conscious residence designed for modern living with minimal environmental footprint. The building form is straightforward and compact, oriented to maximize natural light and cross ventilation, while minimizing heat gain on exposed surfaces.

The roof is equipped with a solar panel system, generating clean energy to power the home’s essential functions. Overhangs, operable windows, and thermal insulation work together to reduce cooling loads, making the home both comfortable and low-energy.
