Designed as both a learning space and a physical response to climate resilience, the project hosts workshops, lectures, and exhibitions in an environment where public access and environmental awareness converge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The defining feature is a sloped delay roof system designed to mitigate stormwater runoff. By slowing down water before it reaches the ground, the roof performs as a passive flood adaptation measure, especially critical in Bangkok\u2019s urban flood context. The building layout connects the auditorium, workshops, and landscape into a unified spatial narrative that encourages exploration and interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Programmatically, the plan balances public openness with operational privacy by placing community and institutional functions on opposite ends of the building while maintaining clear visual and spatial flow.
