Nattapoom Rubkhamin is a Bangkok-based architect and the founding creative director of NPPN Design and Research. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok: Uthenthawai Campus (Class of 2006), where he received second prize in the National Architectural Skills Competition. He earned his Master’s degree in Architecture from Chulalongkorn University in 2010, supported by a scholarship from the Uthenthawai Alumni Association.

Gab’s expertise spans Green Building and Environmental Design, Architectural History, and Community-Based Practice. Prior to co-founding NPPN, he served as an architect at D-By Order Co., Ltd. and as a full-time lecturer in architecture at Uthenthawai for nearly a decade. At NPPN, he leads projects in residential, healthcare, and exhibition design, with a focus on integrating resilience and public value into every detail.

He has contributed to academic competitions and workshops nationwide, mentoring student finalists for Art4D, TOY Arch, and winning awards at RMUTSV and RMUTR. Gab is an active member of the Association of Siamese Architects, where he has held roles in urban policy, drawing standards, and event curation. He also engages in prototype design for early childhood learning environments and public health architecture, including COVID-19 vaccine storage facilities and animal hospitals.

His work has been featured in major exhibitions such as ASA Expo, ASA WOW 2023–2025, and the BlueScope Design Award 2024. He is committed to lifelong learning, having completed professional courses in real estate, digital business, universal design, and design thinking for festivals.

Dr. Polpat Nilubon is a Bangkok-born architect, educator, and researcher specializing in Flood Resilience of Urban Systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), two Master’s degrees in Architecture, one from Chulalongkorn University in Environmental Technology, and another in Excellent Architecture and Urban Design from The Berlage Institute and TUDelft. He earned his Doctorate in climate adaptation and urban design from IHE Delft and TUDelft, where his dissertation introduced the Opportunistic Adaptation framework.

Dr. Nilubon currently serves as Head of International Affairs and lecturer at RMUTT, and as Director of the Water Adaptation Innovation Center (WAIC). He is also the co-founder of NPPN Design and Research, where he leads interdisciplinary projects linking architectural design, urban planning, and climate resilience.

He has organized and participated in numerous international workshops and academic collaborations, including ATBD 2024, BIADW, IWAH, and the Archiprix International. His research has been widely published in leading journals, such as Environmental Science & Policy, Procedia, and International Journal of Water Resources Engineering. He is also the author of Water Architects: Catalogs for the adaptation to floods in changing climate and Opportunistic Adaptation (CRC Press).

His work centers on adaptation pathways, amphibious architecture, and nature-based solutions, with strong engagement in regional policy, education, and practice-based innovation.

Thewanat Saiphan is one of the earliest core members of NPPN Design and Research, having contributed to the studio’s direction for over five years. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.

Ro specializes in designing architecture that embraces water and flooding as integral components of spatial thinking, translating hydrological risk into creative opportunity. His design process embodies the firm’s philosophy of multi-scalar resilience, fluid typologies, and adaptation by design. He works fluidly between conceptual development, 3D visualization, and integrated environmental design.

At NPPN, Ro has played a central role in landmark projects such as Ramintra Sports Park, Huai Khwang Amphibious Corridor, and community-based adaptation prototypes. His ability to envision how water moves through space, urban, landscape, and building scale, makes him instrumental in shaping the firm’s amphibious architectural identity.

Ro’s design aesthetic balances practicality with sensitivity. His renderings and spatial compositions not only communicate form and function but also evoke the emotional, cultural, and ecological narratives embedded in every resilient space.

Narin Phin-iam is the backbone of NPPN’s technical and documentation workflow. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok: Uthenthawai Campus, one of Thailand’s leading institutions for practice-based architectural education.

Specializing in ArchiCAD (BIM), Arm transforms complex design concepts into precise construction documents that bridge creativity with technical feasibility. He is deeply involved in the digital development of the firm’s flood-resilient architecture, from structural detailing to integrated water systems and adaptive building components.

His methodical approach and mastery of BIM allow him to support multi-scalar projects that respond to both environmental pressures and community needs. Whether it’s a climate-adaptive park or a modular housing prototype, Arm ensures that every design solution is buildable, efficient, and resilient.

Arm’s quiet precision and dedication make him a key force behind the scenes, driving NPPN’s design integrity from concept to construction.

Armolwann Chewjinda is the connective tissue of NPPN’s design process, quietly orchestrating the flow of work between conceptual design, visual communication, and technical delivery. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (Class of 2022).

With a strong foundation in visual presentation and coordination, Panfan ensures that every design moves smoothly from vision to reality. She is proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint, and supports the team with internal coordination, client communications, and design refinement.

Her ability to navigate both technical details and creative dialogues makes her a reliable anchor for multi-disciplinary collaboration. Whether it’s a competition entry, a design workshop, or a complex urban resilience proposal, Panfan plays a key role in translating ideas into structured outcomes.

She represents the new generation of architectural professionals, organized, adaptive, and committed to socially and environmentally responsive design.

Suphakit Sasiwan is the visual storyteller behind many of NPPN’s most iconic images. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang in 2022 and quickly became a key figure in the studio’s visual communication team.

Peet specializes in rendering architecture through atmosphere, light, and landscape, using tools like SketchUp and D5 Render to craft emotionally resonant imagery. His work not only presents buildings but also communicates resilience, adaptation, and environmental sensibility, core values of NPPN’s approach to architecture in the age of climate uncertainty.

From amphibious prototypes to urban-scale flood-resilient parks, Peet captures the essence of every project through detailed visualizations that inspire action and engagement. His work supports design competitions, public exhibitions, and academic publications, serving as a bridge between technical innovation and public imagination.

Mathin Chutikanon is a design technologist whose work bridges architectural innovation with digital precision. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), where he began cultivating his interest in computational thinking and performance-based design.

At NPPN Design and Research, Ty plays a pivotal role in managing BIM workflows using ArchiCAD and developing parametric design solutions with Rhino and Grasshopper. His technical fluency empowers the team to explore adaptable forms and responsive systems, particularly in projects that require integration between water management, structural performance, and urban resilience.

Whether leading the modeling of flood-resilient parks or optimizing components for modular construction, Ty is central to NPPN’s mission of research-led and practice-oriented design. He represents the studio’s forward-looking edge, grounded in real-world complexity but shaped by digital imagination.
