C’COZY Garden is a 50,000 sq.m. hybrid development integrating agriculture, retail, and climate resilience through flood-adaptive design. Central to the site are retention ponds and urban wetlands that serve ecological and experiential roles. The main structure—a farm-to-table café and retail space—sits along the water’s edge, elevated on platforms to allow water flow. Designed as an open-air pavilion, it features deep overhangs, cross ventilation, and shaded verandas suited to the tropical climate. Built with natural materials like timber, baked earth, and perforated brick, it harmonizes with the landscape. Pathways meander through edible gardens and wetlands, offering an immersive visitor experience.
