Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring architectural visions to life.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Valid architectural license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sustainable and green building practices.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering and visualization tools.
