L’s House

L’s House is a 500 sq.m. private residence in Chonburi designed for multi-generational living with a balance of connection and privacy. Originally a new-build, it was later expanded to meet evolving family needs. The design features a split circulation system, allowing each resident independent access and movement while fostering casual interaction. Shared spaces are centrally located, with private wings on either side. Sustainable strategies—such as rain gardens, grass swales, and permeable surfaces—are integrated to manage stormwater and enhance the site’s ecological performance.
