Mithila Village is a 40-unit residential project in Lamlukka Khlong 4 that reimagines suburban living through interlocking architecture and climate-responsive design. Each 120 sq.m. home is paired in a mirrored layout, balancing land efficiency with privacy. The layout forms a rhythmic urban pattern, with private access and a shared canal-side garden at the rear. Green roofs help manage stormwater in this flood-prone area. By transforming standard townhouses into flexible, low-rise dwellings with passive cooling and semi-outdoor spaces, the project fosters community while addressing environmental challenges.
