ONE LOOP – ONE DAEJEON proposes a reimagined mobility interface that transforms tram stops into integrated, adaptive urban stages. The design envisions a continuous loop,  spatial, cultural, and ecological, that connects people with place through modular micro-architecture. Each loop serves as a node of urban interaction, combining information, activity, and sustainability into a unified system.

The project introduces a series of compact architectural modules that adapt to seasonality, offering shade in summer, warmth in winter, and resilience during rain. Equipped with solar panels, smart displays, and flexible seating, each node becomes an urban micro-living room, extending the tram system’s utility into everyday public life. Through a network of stop typologies tailored to key urban locations (stations, markets, squares), ONE LOOP – ONE DAEJEON redefines urban mobility infrastructure as a human-centered and culturally embedded experience, blending public transport with placemaking and climate resilience.
